ABOUT OUR AGENCY
I opened my agency in 2018 and currently lead a close-knit team of three. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, giving me firsthand experience in the business before opening an agency of my own. I’m a proud LSU graduate, where I studied Business Management and History. Outside of work, I’m married with two boys and enjoy fishing and watching sports.
Being involved in our community is important to us. Our agency participates in local school festivals, donates school supplies, and supports area sporting events and other activities that benefit local families.
Our agency offers supplemental health benefits, two weeks of vacation, six sick days, licensing costs paid up front, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We also enjoy office lunches, and team members get their birthday off each year.

As Account Associate for James Webb - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

As Account Associate for James Webb - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
